Suchigo Consulting's technical leadership is guided by Mr. Sunil Gokhale, a seasoned industry professional with more than four decades of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held CEO and senior leadership positions across organisations specializing in infection control, contraceptives, medical consumables, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Mr. Gokhale has successfully led the establishment of manufacturing facilities across multiple countries, managed complex greenfield and brownfield projects from land acquisition and facility development through to commercial production, and directed organizations through regulatory inspections conducted by leading international agencies, including US FDA, WHO, MHRA, ISO, CE, and ANVISA.
His expertise extends beyond manufacturing operations to encompass regulatory compliance, engineering, quality systems, supply chain management, and strategic business leadership. This comprehensive operational experience enables Suchigo Consulting to deliver practical, execution-focused solutions that address technical, regulatory, and commercial challenges with equal effectiveness.
